Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our customer support to initiate a return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Yes, we offer exchanges for products in their original condition. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange for a different size or design.
Delivery
We deliver across India within 5-7 business days for most locations. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track your order in real-time and know the exact delivery status.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 applies. Enjoy free delivery across India!
Shipping & Returns
Currently, we only ship within India. We deliver to all states and union territories. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working on expanding our delivery network.
To keep your artificial jewelry looking beautiful: Clean gently with a soft cloth, store in a dry place away from moisture, avoid contact with perfumes and lotions, and remove before bathing or swimming.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
